Katy and I are the proprietors of this  farmhouse turned Bed and Breakfast. I have over 35 years of hospitality experience, from working in Hotels, opening restaurants and running the food and beverage operations of a mid-sized convention center.  My extensive knowledge of the industry and ability to think outside the box will show in  the culinary delights I prepare for you each morning.

Katy, an educator (a recently retired Kindergarten teacher and now a college professor) is the decorator of the team, constantly developing and shaping the look of Magnolia Place. She brightens any room she steps into with her warm and welcoming persona, a better hostess you will not find.

But let’s not forget who REALLY runs the place, Lexi, our Black Lab. She’ll greet you at breakfast, play a game of fetch or tuggy if you dare and make you smile with her full wiggle wag.
